This year when purchasing Ethiopians we wanted to introduce a new single producer lot, this time for an exceptional natural process. Enter Mr Berhanu Kurse, a local to the Banko Gotiti mill – for those who’ve been with us long enough you’ll remember this name as the first Ethiopian mill Shake bought from 4 years ago! Much like our Colombian coffees, we like to find the amazing producers contributing to a mill and support their work as they break away from the pack! In this coffee you can look forward to flavours like HIBISCUS, CARAMEL and SUGARY SWEETNESS. The best kind of natural!
