Shake’s first Guatemalan coffee! It was about time introudced our community to the beautiful flavours of Guatemala so to do that we blind tasted dozens of different producers works before selecting this beautiful coffee from Wilmer Barrios in his home Finca Ojo de Agua in Todos Santos Cuchumatanes.

Whilst being a mix of varietals this coffee was chosen for how well it represented and elelvated that classic Guatemalan profile of COOKED ORANGE, STEWED BERRIES, SWEET APPLE and FLORAL flavours. We hope you enjoy our first little dip into Guatemala. There will be more to come!
